RUDE Personal Training
As an upgrade to the RUDE standard programme, RUDE personal offers a 1-1 service guaranteeing results.

1-1 Weekly PT Session
The RUDE Personal programme includes 1-1 personal training sessions (in person or online if necessary).

Customised Nutrition Plan
You will receive a customised nutrition plan created on your food preferences.

Weekly Training Plan
You will also have access to a weekly training plan, carefully curated by myself, for you to do between 1-1 sessions.

Check-Ins
We will have weekly progress check ins recording your stats and progress.

Access to RUDE Signature Programme
On top of all this, you will have access to our RUDE Signature programme and everything it entails.

Initial Consultation
Before your Personal Programme begins, we will have a consultation; setting goals, making a plan of action and eliminating obstacles giving you every chance of success.
