Live Classes

You will have access to live classes each week, including Yoga, Pilates,  Meditation & Self Development. All classes are instructed by a fully qualified coach who will guide you through step by step.

We will also be offering 8 class courses in Pilates and Yoga. These are pre-recorded progressive classes that you can follow at your own time and pace.

Information Videos

The weekly information videos are there to share key information on creating muscle definition. We offer videos explaining, training methods, the importance of protein, recovery and much more. When you have an understanding it is much easier to put something into practise.

The RUDE Muscle Definition Programme

The workouts on the muscle definition programme predominantly use dumbbells which creates added resistance, helping to build lean muscle.

Each week, we supply you with three workouts, an upper body, lower body and an ab routine, each to be completed at least once throughout the week. Ideally, if you have the time and fitness level to do so, endeavour to complete each workout twice.

For beginners or anyone who may have a specific weakness/injury, we suggest that you modify the exercises simply by using lighter dumbbells.

The nutrition on this programme has been carefully selected to help create lean muscle mass. So long as you follow either our ready made plans or our “create your own” option, you are guaranteed success. 

Ensure you take advantage of the classes on offer, as these will only help benefit you on your journey. Tap into our support group and use Leo and the team of coaches, as they are there to help you on a daily basis.
